In order to solve this Lightbot challenge, I first analyzed the situation and the tools at my disposal, and found that I was given a pattern and the procedure tools, which are made for utilizing patterns. I observed that the one-step and then light-up was a pattern that appeared repeatedly, and there were three groups of four one-step light-ups in the level. Using this information, I created the two procedures and solved the puzzle.
